    2 1/4 oz Save The Queen Gin
    1 1/2 oz Kruit herbal vermouth
    1/4 oz Elixir De Moor 
    2 dashes Malaria bitters
    Stir, up, garnish with sweet, delicious honey

Or at least something inspired by a Martinez ?

It's made locally (about walking distance locally ?), it's bottled at a nice proof (46%), there's honey added to it (and we all know honey is awesome!), and they support various causes focused around the preservation of bees.
Surprisingly, it's not especially sweet for a Gin that has honey added. So again with the herbal Vermouth (I love that bottle ?). Some sweet, but herbal liqueur with an anise touch. And made at the same distillery as the gin, so double whammy ? And considering all ingredients have been Belgian so far, I might as well go for Belgian bitters as well! Malaria Bitters, basically quinine bitters.

And the jar of honey. Oh. My. God. 
I'll eat the whole thing with a spoon ? Works perfectly with the cocktail too. Yes, it's on the sweeter side. No, I don't mind ? What's your favorite sweet cocktail?
